CSPC Fails Upload to SNTC

Hi Smart Net Total Care community,

CSPC keeps failing to upload the transport file at present.

We have verified access from the CSPC server to all of the following: 

72.163.7.113
72.163.4.161
72.163.7.60
173.37.144.208

concscoweb-prd.cisco.com

cisco.com
dl.cisco.com
sso.cisco.com

I am also trying to upload from a test collector (a separate CSPC collector; SNTC account and entitlement file, different public IP address), this is hanging at 80% upload and has been taking in excess of 20-minutes. 

Is there a problem with the SNTC service right now?

what is the version of CSPC Version 2.7?

Looks you have stable version, this may be some intermittent issue.

Is this was working before you able to submitt colleceted data, Try again to submit the data and let us know.

it happend some time back, when we did again it went through.
