CSPC Unmanage devices steps

We have a customer who wants to remove the 3rd party devices from being discovered.  We added the list of IP addresses to the "do not manage devices" list, yet they are still showing up.  Is there a second step?

You can un-manage the existing 3rd party discovered devices at Management -> Unmanage Devices.

You must also un-manage them as well even after you added them to the do not mange list. Management-->Unmanage Devices-->Select the devices to unmanage
