Hi
I've upgraded my CSCP collector from 2.5 to 2.7 using the LCM upgrade process via SSH. Upgrade appeared to complete successfully, but now when I browse to https://collectorip:8001 it just shows a blank screen, no option to login.
Logging in with the admin account via ssh is fine however.
thanks
TR

Hi
I was under some pressure to fix this due to a renewal coming up, so decided to try a clean rebuild and restore the pre-upgrade backup. This is now working correctly so no need to investigate further.
Thanks for all the assistance
Regards

Hello TR,
Please go ahead and verify the following:
From adminshell ensure that you have enabled the collectorlogin and root users:
pwdreset collectorlogin 180
pwdreset root 180
From adminshell also verify your CSPC version (and share here if possible):
show version -d
Finally restart the CSPC service and observe any possible errors that might occur:
collector restart
This could potentially be an issue on your browser. Please try to login using at least 2 different browsers. Clearing the cache and cookies might also be of help.
Please reply back with any updates.

Hi Cesar
This is the output from show version -d
admin#show version -d
Build-name : Collection Platform Software 2.7.1
Package-type : ServicePack
Version : sp-30.0.1-0-0-lnx64
Component : CSPC Base
Version : 2.7.1
Package-type : JeOS
Version : jeos-30.0.1-0-lnx64
Component : ConcsoTgw
Version : 1.6.5
Component : AdminShell
Version : 1.4
Component : Hardened CentOS
Version : 6.8 patch#0
Component : CASP
Version : 2.7.1
Component : LCM
Version : 1.4
Went through the process you recommended to reset the collectorlogin and root account (had to set to 90 days) and restarted the collector.
Tried with a different browser and cleared cookies...Unfortunately its still the same issue, and couldn't see any errors at boot time.
The website is up as I get a cert warning and can telnet to port 8001, still getting the blank page though.
Thanks
TR

Thanks TR,
Can you also please share the logs located in the following directory:
/opt/LCM/logs
There should be 2 files, apply and install - these should be accesible to root.
At the very least please login via collector login and show the output of the following command:
cat /opt/LCM/logs/apply
Thanks,
Cesar

Thanks TR,
I've reached out to the CSPC team for analysis.
I do notice one error that would explain the symptoms, however I do not see an apparent reason for it.
I will update you as I hear from the CSPC team.
Error:
[FAILED]
***** FAILURE: CSPC Services Did Not Properly Start... *****

Hi TR,
It appears that the CSPC service didn't get started and because of which you were not able to see the login page.
Can you please run the following command and share the output
service cspc status
also please share the logs from $CSPCHOME/cspc.out
