An SNTC customer using CSPC 2.6 has found his CSR1000v routers in the Collector and has them listed as "Managed Devices". However, they are not coming through into the SNTC Portal. Is there some special instructions for getting the found CSR1000v devices to show up in the Portal?

Yes. I believe that is true because the Contract reports are based on physical hardware (serial numbers) and do not cover software licenses at this time.

Could you provide a screenshot of the CSR1000v in the managed device list? Also, in the collector, go to Reports > Collection Profile Run Summary and see if you can find the device there. That should tell you if it is being inventoried properly.

Looks good on the collector. What does it look like on the SNTC portal if you search for that hostname or IP address?

The CSR1000v's now show up in the Portal, however, they do not show in the Covered and Not Covered tabs. They do show up in the All Equipment and Custom Inventory tab. They do not show a Contract number associated to them. Is that due to the fact that they are software based routers?
