CSV file upload not updating Inventory list

I am new to using SNTC and I uploaded my first CSV device list file today.  It indicated the upload was successful and mention I have to logout and login to view the changes.  But when I do this I still don't see any inventory, the only menus I have is Administration with a sub menu All Collectors and Security with sub menu of Threat Awareness Service.  

does anyone know how long after I do the upload before I should see my inventory be updated, it has been a few hours now and still no change.

Not sure if you did anything, but this morning my inventory was uploaded and everything was working.
