Customer not seeing equipment in portal once redirected to new website

Hello,

I have a customer who is stating that when they get redirected to services.cisco.com, they can no longer see their equipment. I have logged in myself and can see their equipment and last collector upload which was successful on 5/07. Any reason why they are unable to see anything?

I have verified that Simon has SNTC access and should see about 100+ devices under Inventory - All Equipment. Could you share the screenshot from the user for further troubleshooting in case issue still persists?
