A customer is trying to grant us access to their SNTC portal via CSAM and is unable to select the CBRAdmin box. We've tried multiple browsers including Chrome incognito, which has worked in the past. He is using the correct URL. I can share details in PM.

There was a problem with the routing cisco.com urls today. Please ask him/her to try again tomorrow. If the problem occurs again ask him/her to open the community post with the details to verified
