Hi Cisco
Our customer have installed a Cisco collector and connected it to the portal.
But on the portal we are missing device serial numbers, software version and contract number.
Can you please advice how to solve this?

Hello Henrik,
Can you confirm the customer has run the default SNTC Collection Profile on all managed devices and not just run an Upload Profile after completing a Discover Job?
You can have them verify this by clicking on the Collection Data button on the CSPC GUI to confirm the last collection time and what data was gathered. If by chance an Upload Profile was run in addition to the Collection Profile this may have overwritten the collected data already sent. If that is the case then please disable the Upload Profile as the Collection Profile will send the data to Cisco after the collection completes its run.
