Devices already uploaded with out collector

Hi 

We have just went to using the Smart Net Total Care portal but when I log in, we have over 90 devices already registered with device names, serial numbers, and contract numbers listed. I never installed the collector to do a scan of our devices in our environment. How would Smart Net Total Care know this or have this information already? How can we remove those entries and start from scratch using the collector? A little disappointed that cisco does not have any one from TAC to help with this issue.

Hello 1rceliberti,

You can view all additional users on the SNTC Portal by going to the "Admin" Window.  It looks like one of these users has already deployed a CSPC and the Portal successfully received several uploads for the 90 devices.  You can also view the collector details on the "All Collector" window to get more information on the CSPC. 

If you have access to the current CSPC, you can send a new upload to refresh the data in the Portal or you can create a new CSPC Registration using a new Inventory name to start a new separate report of devices.
