Hi Team,
I'm using SNTC portal with collector around 2 weeks.
5/02/2016 my equipment dissapeared from a portal.
Collector is up and running, upload process was complete successfully.
Maybe I lost association with my company?
pls help.

Before that I'm trying to activate CTAS Application role.

Hi Dmitriy,
It is a Sync issue ,there is a bug that seems to cause this issue.

thanks a lot, i can see main information and all inventory now.
But i still need access to the Threat Awareness Service. Can you pls grant it for me? (I wouldn't want to breack synchronization again with CSAM)
