At this time the trial certificate feature is not operational and we are investigating the issue. However, under normal circumstances this requires an active CCO account and your profile is currently listed as inactive. In anticipation of the issue being resolved please update your account to an active state.

The issue has not been resolved from the Cisco side, this feature is not operational at this time.

I was told there is a bug open for this issue that you can track. I've recently made it customer visible so if you cannot see it please check back within 48 hours.
