Hello,
We accessed the CSAM and already nominate the client as the Company Administrator. After when we start to register his CCOID as User Role(CBR Admin), we are having an error on the portal which is not allowing us to select the option of beng a CBR admin, user or API.
Could you please provide support?

Hello!
I coordinated with Jarrett on this issue. I looked into this and noticed that the user was associated to the wrong Party ID. I fixed the mistake and made him the DA of the correct company. I then enabled BSSLP/SNTC service and synced it on the backend. It should be working correctly for him now. Let me know if it's not and we'll look further into it. Thank you!
