Help! Cannot assign CBR admin

Hi,

 

Customer account (DA) is logged on CSAM and trying to add my account company as CBR admin, but cannot, because account is not found or not match.

 

You can find more details on attached screencaps.

 

Can you help me, please?

Can the customer access anything else at Cisco?

This issue seems to be independent of SNTC and it looks like it won't let  you access anything at Cisco.

 

Also regarding CSAM, can you confirm the name of the user that is trying to grant you CBR access?

I think you are right. User tried to login in Cisco Portal with CCO ID mentioned below and got the same error message.
