Hi,
Customer account (DA) is logged on CSAM and trying to add my account company as CBR admin, but cannot, because account is not found or not match.

Can you help me, please?

Can the customer access anything else at Cisco?
This issue seems to be independent of SNTC and it looks like it won't let you access anything at Cisco.
Also regarding CSAM, can you confirm the name of the user that is trying to grant you CBR access?
