hosts are not shown in sntc

Hello,

 

After I did the collection and upload in the cisco collector the hosts should appear in the smart net total care inventory, but it is not appearing.

 

Could you help me ?

Hi There,

I believe a new thread was posted today which appears to be a duplicate post

From the screenshot that shared today via private message, this account does not have any inventory uploaded yet. Here are some resources on how to go about setting up initial inventory.

There is the same problem but for different situations or different customers ok?
I've done all that you went through, I need help can you help me with this?

Hi There,

 

I looked at the account again today and there is still no inventory uploaded to SNTC Portal yet, without inventory upload.

SNTC Portal will not be able to report device information such as hostname.

Show me the error above on the cisco collector

 

 

 

INTERNAL SERVER ERROR IS GENERIC ERROR.  it has many causes . PLEASE OPEN A SEPARATE POST ALWAYS. put that screen shot on the post and we will analize it as needed.
