How do I associate my account to view customer CSPC in SNTC portal?

Hello, when we wanted to access to the CSPC information of a customer, we used to associate by going to the CSAM portal and adding our account as a CBR admin, and then we could see all the info in the SNTC portal.

Now, when we try to go to the CSAM we get redirected to CX cloud, we added permission to our account in this new portal but we don't see that customer in the SNTC portal. How can we achieve this? The customer's CSPC has been working for many years.

Regards.

I assume you are a Partner User?  Are you trying to still access in SNTC Portal or access in CX Cloud?  To access one of your customer's CX Cloud account, you will need the customer Super Admin to add you as a Partner user in the account.

Chris I do not believe this is their primary goal ion this request

You saying CSAM redirecting you to CX cloud, but likely you mean services.cisco.com ( SNTC portal) redirecting you to onboarding , and since onboarding new accounts is not longer allowed . redirecting to CX cloud new process for SNTC.  CSAM tool does not redirect to CX cloud.  if the DA in CSAM has given you access to CBR which he/she would not be able to because is CSAM there is bug that do not allow the DA to check those roles. The DA itself needs to either open a TAC case if they have SMART ASSIST. or open a forum here in which he/she would authorize and declare the desire to give access as CBR and we would need to engage with the CSAM tool team. (NOT TAC)

services.cisco.com (SNTC Portal) also does not redirect to CX Cloud.  Only screens that would allow you to create a brand new SNTC Portal account are now redirecting to CX Cloud.

The default behavior of SNTC is if you do not access it with the cco it assumes you do not have an account and it redirects to SNTC onboarding , which now it redirects to CX cloud
