How do I remove account association from my old company?

I recently started a job with a new company and trying to associate my account with it.  When I go to my profile and try to update my new email and Company / Address it says that my old company is not associated with my new company. 

 

Is there a way I can remove my association with the old company?  I tried looking through my profile but don't see where it can be done.

I have this problem too, any help will be appreciated

Here are the steps to follow, to update your Cisco Account Profile:

1.) Go to www.cisco.com

2.) Click on the login/logout icon in the upper right corner of the banner.  (If you are not yet logged in, this is the person icon.  If you are already logged in, this will be your initials.)

3.) From the menu, select "Manage Account" or "Manage Profile"

4.) On the next page, click on "Customer Profile Manager"

5.) Click on the "Access Management" tab

6.) Click on the "Smart Services" sub-tab

7.) Your existing company association is displayed.  Click the "Remove" link.

i need to remove my company association and back my account again as personal

I followed the steps but in "Smart Services" the "remove" option does not appear.

I have the same problem, someone managed to disassociate the CCOID from the corporate account?
