Delegated Administrator (DA) need to log in to the Cisco Services Access Management tool and provide the role access to the user .

Dear Anusha ,

thank you , We need to deploy the collector for the new customer and then register it .

but when we login to smart net total care portal we find only EDC customer

and we need to add new Customer called TOTAL .

Also when select all collector and try to download entitlement we face an

issue

Entitlement file generation failed. Please try again. If the issue persists,

find help in the community.

Hi Mohammed,

Could you please try to generate the entitlement again, i am not facing any issue from my end  

All Collector -> Action -> Global -> Generate a new CSPC-C entitlement .

Dear Anusha,

when we are login to https://tools.cisco.com/smartservices/ there are two option under services TAP :-   smart care or smart net total care.

when we select smart net total care we can not download entitlement .but when we select smar care we can download entitlement.

but on both of them we have only one customer  and we need to add another customer is this available.
