I am trying to register SNTC CSPC collector. When i logged in to smartservice portal directly i don't have the Action tabs to add collector. I tried to register using SNTC contract using the below link

I had one upload from the NCM Connector succeed, but when I try to run it again it fails with this message ("The field is too small to accept the amount of data you attempted to add."). Also attached a screenshot. We are running NCM 7.5 and NPM 12.0....
Upload does successfully but does not appear on the portal.
Connections to the firewall have already been checked and tested. Second prints below

We currently have a deployment of SNTC and the tool is incorrectly showing some HW are not being covered under a contract. Does anyone know how to resolve this? Attach are some screen shots of the issue.
