I have completed the entire registration process to enable the SNTC portal, reaching the last step, which indicates that "A Cisco agent will be reviewing your request".
It's been 2 days and I still don't have access to the portal. I received an email from Cisco informing us that "We are currently working on on-boarding your company to the Smart Net Total Care portal. We need additional time to perform validations and process your on-boarding request. You will receive notification emails when we have completed your on-boarding. " but so far I have not received any notification about the authorization and I still do not have access to the portal.
