Would you be able to provide the Customer and Inventory name to me in a private message please? Approximately how many devices are affected?

The MAC addresses provided do not resolve into Serial Numbers when entered into our manufacturing database, this is the cause for the error message. I verified other IP phones in the inventory to ensure the database search was working as expected and found no issues.

Hello Jofrumki, thanks for the reply.

So, this is normal? I cant handle the devices correctly on my SNTC, as they are in the "not recognized" report. How i can solve this?

Hello,

SNTC is only reporting back to you what was found or in this case not found in our database. You may want to reach out to your account team to verify that these MAC addresses are legitimate Cisco devices.
