CSPC ver 2.8.1.6
Using SNMP v2 to collect network information for Cisco ASR9K and 900 series routers
Inventory has been uploaded to SNTC portal however i'm only seeing the devices in the inventory but not the cards/ modules etc.
How can i get the card inventory in the SNTC portal ?
Is there some configuration that needs to be enabled in the Collector to collect this ?

Answers for the above questions - 1) Yes but is already defined on the default collection profile.
2) Nope CLI commands are not required for Inventory data collection, it is used in SNTC as a complement of data point for Psirts and Field notices.
Do you have a upload profile as well did you run the upload profile just after the collection profile?
Please send me in private the following screenshots

Yes i have.
Is there a particular dataset that needs to be added in the Collection profile ?
Also I'm only using SNMP not ssh/cli . Does ssh need to be enabled ?

Thanks for your help.
I ran the collection profile (i think hadn't actually done that before). Now i can see in the collected data snmp information.
And i've also ran the upload profile after that.
I'll pm you the screenshots anyways to check.

No worries in reality in the future do not run the upload profile, in fact unscheduled your upload profile,
it is redundant and it may even remove the correct data on upload
Here is the summary of the tasks
Just make sure you have scheduled the collection profile to run weekly. the collection profile itself do an upload at the end of the process
