Issue With Customer's Portal Access.

Hey everyone,

I have a customer that is associated with another Portal that they are no longer a member of their company for. To further exacerbate the issue, the company they wish to be the Delegated Administrator for has had a Smartnet Portal stood up in the past - the former DA is no longer with the company.

 

The issue is twofold:

  • The customer is still associated to a portal from a previous company they no longer want to be associated with, and it will not let them exit from that company and keeps taking them to their portal page at services.cisco.com.
  • The customer needs DA access to a portal that was stood up in the past, but the former DA did not leave any credentials or other DAs to assign DA access.

 

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated! Thank you!

Hi There,

 

Can you please ask customer to access URL and try removing their current company association?  You may send private message further with the details of the other company where DA needs to be replaced.
