Hello,

Could you confirm whether or not you have access to the 'collectorlogin' and 'root' accounts via CLI? It may be necessary to validate the installation of the last patch applied to the CSPC. Once you are logged in a 'collectorlogin', run the 'su' command to change to root.

If you can, please confirm the output from the below commands:

ls -larths /opt/LCM/tmp

tail /opt/LCM/logs/apply

I can no longer login via CLI as root or collectorlogin.

The previously attached error is from attempting to login to the CLI as user admin.

I can login to the GUI fine. It shoes apply in progress. version 2.7.4.1

Unfortunately, without access to the collectorlogin or root accounts troubleshooting this issue will be severely limited.

Can you restart the appliance and confirm whether the 'apply in progress' status is resolved?

No status change after restart...

Unfortunately, until CLI access is restored to Collectorlogin and Root, there will not be a method to evaluate the integrity of the patch files or the installation.

If the WebUI status does not provide an option to re-apply the patch either, the only viable solution here would be to redeploy the OVA.

Hi,

I am recieving the same error  however I do have access to to the collectorlogin and root the password.

How can i resolve this issue ?

Mikey
