Kit not belonging to customer, How does this contract data showing in the portal is it masked?

If we have a scenario where kit that doesnt belong to a customer shows in their inventory i.e. a process error with an RMA. How does the portal show this data? Is the data masked? Can you show an example of how the data is shown and what the call to action is for the customer for this type of scenario if data is masked?

Hi Craig,

It is possible that a process issue related to an RMA resulted in a contract not being updated completely and that could impact the visibility of specific items in the contract.  In those situations, you'll see SNTC insert text such as "Site Verification Required" for some site attributes.

To resolve the issue, I'd suggest that the contract be reviewed for accuracy -- specifically the device's install at site information.
