MAC convertion not found - PT

Dear,

I need a list with all the serial numbers of the devices to renew the Smart Net, I have some extensions that do not appear the serial number, are the models CP-7841, I verified that they present the error below:

"MAC convertion not found"

Hello,

CSPC doesn't directly collect IP Phone Serial Numbers.  It gets the MAC Address from CUCM via SNMP MIB (because CUCM doesn't report Serial Number) and then tries to converts MAC Address to Serial Number. The error message you are seeing usually means we were not able to find this serial number in our database.  If you could send me a private message with your Customer Name/Inventory name, I can take a closer look at the data.
