Managed Maintenance Services (MSS) for Cisco Products US & Non-US listing

Hi,  I need to be able to identify what is SMARTnet vs. Smart Net Total Care for US & Non-US. I have an old file, screen shot attached, and I am looking to get something similar - current version.

ex:

CISCO SERVICES & SUPPORT

Service	Minor Heading	Major Heading
SNT	CON-SNT-XXX	SNTC 8x5xNBD (CON-SNT-XXX)
SNTE	CON-SNTE-XXX	SNTC 8x5xNBD (CON-SNTE-XXX)
SNTP	CON-SNTP-XXX	SNTC 24x7x4 (CON-SNTP-XXX)

Looking for something similar to this

Do you have a PRODUCTION version published yet? If not, do you know when it will be?

Hello,

The legacy Smartnet part numbers SNT, SNTE etc. have been renamed as SNTC only.  The Old US part numbers on your chart are still valid.  There is no change that I am aware of to the COBRANDED,  CISCO OPERATE SERVICES, SW PROGRAMS, or CIPS PROGRAMS you reference.
