Many Serial Numbers for devices not showing up in SNTC Portal

It used to work and these devices had SNs other information like the name is there. 

 

In the collector I'm using the default profiles and the devices say they are reachable.

Can you provide additional details regarding your issue?

 

  • What types of devices are missing serial number data?
  • What is the PID of the concerned product?
  • Does the SNTC Portal show data in the Collected Serial Number column?
