Hi Community,
I work for a Cisco partner, and for years we have been using the same CCO to access SNTC portal and to request CBR admin access to our Customers.
We want to use another CCO now. We have registered the new CCO into SNTC portal and assigned Admin role. From CSAM, we assigned the new CCO as Delegated Administrator for the company. However, when accessing SNTC with the new CCO, we are not able to see the customers and the data collected previously with the old CCO.
Is there any way of transferring all information and make the new CCO the DA?
