This customer cannot use SNTC portal because it is in state how to not be registered yet:
In the SCPC is all right but not happens to SNTC Portal
And this occurs a many days ago

That is not the correct OVA.
The latest SNTC OVA (2.6.1) is located here:

Are you using a Upload Profile to upload? The 2.6 collector is pre-configured to use the Collection Profile to upload, so the upload profile should not be necessary. Check Reports > Inventory Jobs and see if the last inventory ran successfully.

If you expand all of those inventory jobs, do they all say "Completed" and "Success"? If any of them are still running then there could be a hung job.
Also, in the collection profile, on the third tab, could you check that the two boxes at the bottom are checked:

In inventory Job do they say "Completed" and "Success".
In collection profile the checkbox is all right too.
I have no idea what can be.

The OVA deployed is the correct.
The name was changed and already run yesterday this job again but not changed the portal yet.

The collection profile you have is not the correct one. Could you run a "show version" from the adminshell?
