As a Partner, I have been granted to access to a few customers Smart Net Total Care portal and could see all of their info. However, not when I log in, I dont see any customers or any info at all. It's as though the screen hasn't finished loading but nothing ever completed. I have attached a screenshot. Not sure how to get this fixed.

Thank you for contacting Cisco Smart Services- CX Cloud.
Could you please provide the next details by private message to check further:
• Company name in the SNTC portal.
• Inventory name.
• Company address.
• Customer's CCOID.
• Company CR Party ID.
By now as a workaround, please try first clearing cache and cookies then open Firefox with incognito mode.
