Hi there,
My customer cannot log in to CSPC because the password has expired, when he tries to create a new password, the security questions that appear are not the same that he choose in the begin.
Is there a solution to this issue?

The only formal way to recover a lost GUI password at this point in time is the password reset questions and answers and/or if he/she had set the emails settings for one time password.

Yes but the security questions that appear to answer are not the same that he did set.

If for some reason that really occurred it would be a bug, and it would need to filled and waited to be resolved in development are you sure another person with the same access did not modified it? Unfortunately the only alternative is to redeploy. . Can you tell me what what the original questions selected and which ones are now showing,so that I pass it to developers if a bug get filled?
