Hello,
I registered for the portal and was granted access by my customer administrator. I received the e-mails stating my access was granted and I'm good to go. When I access https://services.cisco.com it brings me to the login page, I login and it redirects me back to the login page. I'm apparently stuck in loop. The portal will actually flash in the background for a second before I am once again redirected. Please help!

Hello rdessert,
I found that an issue may have occurred while your account was being set up for access. I have corrected the issue and you should be able to access the Portal successfully.
Can you please try and let me know if there are any other issues?
