Hi team,
One of my customer Nova has tried to register DA by self-service onboarding last Thursday.
But 3 days passed, the assessment is still in process.
Could you help to check the status of the CCO: support@***?

Hello,
It appears that this account has been identified as a shared accout, i.e., not a personal CCO ID.
I believe CSAM does not allow shared accounts to be registered as Party DAs.
I would suggest to retry the process with an individual account.
