The SNTC portal has not processed our collector uploads since Feb 1, 2024. I noticed maintenance was performed last week and the portal was down over the weekend. Anyone else having issues with the portal not processing collection uploads?
The Uploads all show "Success" in the Library -> Administration -> Upload Processing menu
The inventory is still showing a Collection Date of Feb 1, 2024 in the Library -> Inventory -> Customer Inventory menu
The most recent upload was on Feb 21, 2024
