When I access SNT, it redirects me to a page stating that I need to register for access. I have registered and have the appropriate access rights. If I attempt to register again, I am directed to page that states that I have already registered and that I will be redirected to the SmartNet Total Care Portal. When I'm redirected, the page redirects me back to the page asking me to register for access.

Hi Sir,
Thank you for the information provided. As mentioned on private message, there is a bug that affects the automatic synchronization of the CSAM data to the SNTC. You can find more information here: CSCwh03453
The relevant department is currently working on addressing the issue. In the meantime, we will add your information internally, so the changes can be synchronized manually as a remediation while the bug is being addressed.
