SNTC admin issue

I have a user who was granted access via CSAM but a week later still cannot access the SNTC portal.  Will share details in PM.

Could you please PM the name of the account along with the Contract number and  CCOID of the mentioned user?

We have performed a manual sync for your account.

The mentioned user is active on SNTC portal.

Could you please check and again and let us know they are able to access the portal or not.
