New to SNTC here so forgive my ignorance.
I can login into the portal just fine and run reports. However the one I really need is a Excel spreadsheet showing the EOx information for a certain date period (1 year, 2 year etc...)
What am I missing here??

I'd suggest the Contract Management Report. This is a scheduled report that you can request. In the report there is a tab/sheet that is specific to LDOS (EOX) information.

Hello,
There are two types of "reports" you are able to run in the SNTC 3.1 platform.
The Smart Reports are those that are exportable from any Dashlet from the Library and those that are found in the Schedule Task area.

From the Dashlet:
Library > Alerts
From the Schedule Task:
Actions > Schedule Task >Schedule Task Link (again - top left) > Product Alerts Report

To add to Sandra's response below, the LDOS report in the Library would be a good option.
SNTC Portal>Library>Alerts>Last Day of Support
This Excel exportable report will provide you with a full list of the items in your inventory that are either already past LDOS or LDOS is coming up in the next 2 years.
The default columns should include everything you need but you also have the option of adding additional fields by right-clicking in any of the search fields under the column headings.
