I uploaded 300 records via Solarwinds (NCM connector for smart advisor). It's been two days and the portal is still showing 0/300 processed. The status is 'processing' though. How much longer I shall wait? Thanks!

Hi Michael,
The portal provides access to number of Cisco services. Just above Cisco SmartAdvisor, on the left navigation pane, is a Back arrow. Click that to access a list of all services you are registered for.

Thanks for your help. But if you look at the screenshot I posted, there was no "back" arrow. What shall I do?

Hello Michael,
I think if you do not see a Back arrow your CCO User ID is not set up on SNTC.
So when you connect to the Cisco Services Connection url it only shows the service you have access to.
Did you register for SNTC access previously?
