Resolved! 2.7.3.1 upgrade stuck
Hello, Trying to upgrade from 2.7.3 to 2.7.3.1. Its been stuck on downloading for hours even though the size is apparently <1mb? Previous upgrades have worked okay through the GUI. Thanks, Dave

I uploaded 300 records via Solarwinds (NCM connector for smart advisor). It's been two days and the portal is still showing 0/300 processed. The status is 'processing' though. How much longer I shall wait? Thanks!

Upon losing upload data from the SNTC 4.0 upgrade, I'm trying to upload my original, along with new, data. By all indications the CSV file imports succesfully, but it does not process or appear in Upload Processing.
