Hi Cisco SNTC Support!
We can't log in to portal "https://services.cisco.com" even though the credentials are correct. After successfully logging in, the desired page appears briefly (unfortunately, without any further content) and is then automatically redirected to this page:
https://www.cisco.com/web/fw/tools/ssue/apps/ssueap2.0/stage/#/promo
We have various systems with required SNTC contract.
Our Cisco partner says it's probably a problem with the serial number/contract and CCO ID mapping?!
Please help!

What are you trying to do when you are connecting to https://services.cisco.com ? do you already have an enabled SNTC portal instance with a DA in the CSAM tool ? were you able to log to an instance company account before? do you have more than one email or CCO account ?

We want to work strategically with the CSPC. We also want to explore what other opportunities the portal offers for us as a company.
What is a DA? If it's a Deligated Admin, I'm the one. I've checked.
What is an SNTC Portal Instance?
I have two different CCO IDs. One of them is private. But there's also a different email address for it.
In principle, my account has worked for years with all other Cisco services (Software Download, Smart Account, etc.)!
