SNTC Portal Login Issue

Hi,

I've tried to register for the SNTC portal, but I just get the following:

I've tried in multiple browsers, without any success.

How do I troubleshoot this further as I'm looking access to generate a new certificate for a Collector Appliance.

Thanks for contacting Cisco. regarding your SNTC login error. could you confirm the browsers used? I asked you because at this moment we have an issue with Chromium-based browsers, for example, Chrome or Edge, and the internal team is already aware of it. and actually, a bug has been created CSCwh61855. please go to that link to get more details about it and subscribe to receive Bug updates //https://bst.cloudapps.cisco.com/bugsearch/bug/CSCwh61855.

For now, the recommendation is to use a different browser that is not based on Chromium. for example, Firefox ( in Private Mode), cleaning cookies and caches, and trying to access again.

We are encouraged to give you the best approach and support because you are very important to us.
