I have a customer that the SNTC portal is showing devices as uncovered when they do indeed have active SMARTnet support. I have confirmed in CCW-R that all of the S/N for ASA firewalls and ASR routers have active SNTP SMARTnet. I am working with my customer for an upcoming renewal in Jan 2020.

Hey Doug, Can you private message me customer and inventory name along with some sample serial number that have this issue?
