SNTC Portal - Schedule Report Not Working

Is anyone having issues trying to Schedule a Report (under Actions) in the SNTC portal? I've tried 3 browsers, cleared cache and cookies, refreshing the page, etc.  It just spins and spins.  Is there an issue with the feature?  Who can I contact to pull reports for me in the absence of a working tool?

I've been having same issue for 2 days.  3 browers, cleared cache, rebooted, etc.

Hi Lousie,

 

As informed in the Private Message, we have found out that there is an ongoing bug on the portal where we cannot fetch report from Schedule Report option. You can check the bug status using the link https://cdetsng.cisco.com/summary/#/defect/CSCvx75607 .

 

Also, note that under the Inventory option you can get any report related to inventory.
