SNTC registration - Your user profile does not have complete address.

Hello, Our smartnet renewal date passed recently this month. We want to renew our smartnet coverage but we don't know what devices we previously had covered. I wanted to access the smartnet portal to review any devices that were covered but I received this error upon trying to register.

"Your user profile does not have complete address. Please update your  Cisco Account Profile  with the complete address.

After updating your  Cisco Account Profule, restart registration process by visiting the Smart Net Total Care Registration Page.
 
My company address is complete on my profile information. I'm not sure what I have to do, I just want to see what we had covered on smartnet previously.

Don't know if replying will help bump the thread but can anyone offer assistance to tell me what I am missing in my profile?

 @jay, for contract access, your Cisco login (CCOID) must include the company name associated with those contracts in your profile. If you prefer not to modify your profile, you will need to reach out to the contract administrator to obtain access.

For support with issues related to your CCOID (like this one) you can go to https://web-help.cisco.com/ and open an inquiry providing the details (explaining addresses should match) you share here as well as the following:

Party ID:
Company Name:
CCOID:
Contract Number:
