'My reports' shows two reports pending now for the third day, over 48 hours now. Any idea how to have the SNTC portal to advance the tasks?

To check further can you please provide the next details by private message:
• Company name in the SNTC portal.
• Inventory name.
• Company address.
• Customer's CCOID.
• Email.
• Company CR Party ID.
Please note "The saved reports can be in PDF, XLSX, or CSV format, as specified when you generate the report. The reports are usually retained for 72 hours from the time that they are generated. To download the reports to your local device, click the format link (such as XLSX or PDF) in the Download column. Note: Depending upon the amount of data that must be processed, report generations might take several minutes or hours before they are available for download."
Also, I am attaching the User guide link for the SNTC portal in case you want to check further information about the Portal.

Now the pending reports disappeared from My Reports. Well, 'rinse and repeat', I guess.
