Hello everyone!
Could you tell me if I can give smartnet service access to customer users via SNTC portal or Cisco Service Access Management. I want users to be able to download ios software, open TAC cases and so on.
I assigned customer user and customer admin roles to some user, but this user hasn't been able to download software so far.

Hello,
To be able to open TAC cases and access the Cisco.Com resources the customer needs to add the necessary SNTC Contracts under their CCO User ID. This link (https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/support/services/smart-net-total-care/index.html) has instructions under the Getting Started section to show them how to do this.
