Our SmartNet Portal Support page contains our Partner Ordering Guide which should help with this. Please be sure you are logged in using your Cisco ID to access this partner restricted content. For further questions regarding coverage and contracts, including renewals, please contact your Cisco sale representative.

Hi,
This is an old thread, but we have made enhancements to the customer renewal experience that are pertinent to this post. We now offer a customer self-serve renewals experience on the CCW-R portal that allows you to navigate your expiring, expired and active services and software contracts. Data is organized by partner, and you can view existing quotes and request new quotes.
To login follow the below steps:
If you get a screen that says “Your profile is not currently set up to access CCW-Renewals” your CCOID is likely not set up with the proper access level. To get upgraded to the appropriate access level send a request to Renewals@Cisco.com.
