The discovered data by CSPC is different of uploaded in SNTC portal

I have a customer that the discovered data by CSPC is different of uploaded in SNTC. So, I hve a gap of Unified Communications in SNTC portal.

How I correct this?

Can you please PM me the Company and inventory name on the SNTC portal as well as the hostnames of the 10 devices in the UnifiedCommunications device group in the collector?
