Our only SNTC Designated Administrator left without a replacement. How can we quickly assign a new DA for SNTC registration? Your guidance is much appreciated!
Specifically, I'm looking for assistance on the following points:
How can I designate a new DA for our SNTC registration?
What steps should I take to ensure a seamless transition of responsibilities from the departing DA to the new DA?

>We have manually synced the user from our end and SNTC service has been enabled.
>The users with the mentioned CCO ID have been associated as Delegated Administrator and assigned the role of customer admin on CSAM and are active on the SNTC portal for the mentioned account.
>Issue has been resolved now.
