The Smartnet Total Care portal does report on Call-manager as well as other UCS equipment.
From the perspective of the CSPC appliance, CUCM phones will not be individually represented, however, this level of reporting is expected at the SNTC Portal level.
You should expect to see reporting details at the Chassis, blade, and component level provided the CSPC appliance has successfully inventoried the respective Chassis.
